Your first appointment includes an Initial Phone Interview, an extensive Intake and a Postural Assessment followed by a Therapeutic Massage specifically tailored to your individual needs. First appointments are a minimum of 90 minutes.
I am extensively trained in many modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Reiki, and Shamanic Healing Practices including Chakra and Crystal Healing, Meditation, Chi Gong, Energy Mastery and Breathwork.
If you have injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions I am here to help. Also, if you just need to relax I am here for you as well.
My office is conveniently located on HWY-101 in Florence, OR. I look forward to welcoming you into my Healing Space.
